Anyone with even a minimal amount of coding experience knows that the elections could easily have been rigged. That’s why there has been such a big deal over not having a paper trail. Now we have record of an actual confession of a programmer who was approached by Tom Feeney (R-FL) for election rigging software.

He also comments on various ways the elections could be rigged and how the software has no way of proving that elections were not rigged. There’s a video of the confession that was made under oath at AlterNet.
