Maybe I’m crazy, but I’ve always wondered why thermometers aren’t built into showers. Nowadays the cost would be minimal and they could be digital gauges that derive the energy from the water pressure itself. That would keep people from doing the Shower Hokey Pokey (“You put your left foot in; then you slip and fall; you put your hands out; too late, you cracked your skull”). Besides, it would be nice to satisfy my curiosity. What temperature do I like the water to be? Is it 70F, 90F, 150F? I have no clue. Do you?
