Reliving childhood excitement, I’ve been eating string cheese lately. Ah, those were the days, when the mere form of food could keep us entertained… On each package is a riddle with the answer inside. Today’s was “What did the belt get arrested for?” I started to think, “Sheesh, that’s harsh. Arresting a belt for not buckling up…” Those seatbelt laws must be strict now! And then I opened it to find a very dated answer: “For holding up the pants.” Obviously, this belt isn’t on anyone in the “cool crowd,” or it would be helping to keep the pants down at knee level.
