Besides reading some of the well known ones like Dilbert, I like to read various comics on the Internet. Here are a few of them (they all often feature adult themes, e.g., sex, violence, etc.):

Cyanide and Happiness - extremely simplistic visuals but great (read: sadistic) humor
Perry Bible Fellowship - bizarre, random, hilarious
Brain Cud - often features word play
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal - fairly new to this one, but it looks promising
