I actually started with the top-right sketch (that the scanner barely picked up) and was going to put a bit of detail into it, but then I thought I could use some practice with torsos in general, and I decided to go with a variety of rough ones. The bottom-right one I did second and top-left third. As you can probably tell, I went faster and faster with each successive sketch. It’s actually really hard for me to sketch rather than draw with details, but I am trying to keep my speed up. I think it would be fun to be a concept artist, and that would require working quickly.
