Hi Marja, I'm actually not selling my camera. It looks like that site is just using my photo without attribution.

Apologies for not replying sooner; I've had a problem with my mail server and haven't received any notices of comments on my blog for several months. Anyway, I've updated the 19mp to 18mp, simple typo.

The crop factor is correct, however. Are you honestly trying to say that you would want not want a full-frame camera when working with close portraits? Or have I misunderstood you? As I said, the crop factor is helpful for longer range shots, meaning your subject is farther away and you can control the framing of the shot. If you see a bird on a branch, having a full-frame camera doesn't help you (unless you're extremely close). Having the 1.6 FOVCF is similar to being more zoomed in than full frame because only the center of the lens is being used. Another example: you have a full-frame camera with a 24mm lens and can just barely fit your subject in the frame because you are so close. With a 7D, your subject would not fit in the field of view.

It's not a 19 megapixel camera, it's 18mp. Also, the crop factor favors medium close to close up pictures. It does not favor long to telephoto prints. Your statement is flipflopped. A cropped camera would do horribly to capture landscapes and anything where a larger full frame would benefit. Just these two common errors alone made me lose interest in reading your review. You've lost credibility on the first paragraph of your review. Pretty common sense basic photo stuff.
